President-Elect Rudy Duterte on his speech before the businessmen in Davao city quipped on killing incoming senator Leila de Lima last tuesday.
Duterte said "If De Lima does not shut her mouth, I will kill her...with love. Kung pumayag siya, I don't know."
He also warned everybody if they didn't stop on drugs, corruption and criminality he will kill them.
De Lima, a former chief of the Commission on Human Rights, earlier warned Duterte against resorting to extra-judical killings.
