Today, June 30,2016 is the turn-over of the newly elected President and Vice-President of the Philippines. But the traditional oath-taking of the president and vice-president at the same time and place was broke by Rodrigo Duterte due to limited space in MalacaƱang Palace.





Duterte's oath-taking will be held at the Rizal Hall in MalacaƱang Palace, where around 600 guests are ordinary. According to drawing nearer Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) manager Martin Andanar, the event will continue running from 10:30am to around 3pm.

In the meantime, Robredo's oath-taking will be at the Quezon City Reception House, from 9am to 10:30am.
